Top 20 Healthiest Foods

Nutritionists recommend that you eat well 80 to 90% of the time. That does not mean half the time, it means if there are 21 meals in a week, you eat well for at least 16 to 17 of those meals.

I’ve included a list of the Top 20 Healthiest Foods. I don’t suspect health conscious individuals would consume all 20 of the healthiest foods although my goal is to regularly consume between 50-75% of these. This means to help ensure a healthy diet, one should incorporate many of these items.

With an honest tally from my personal situation, I consume 12 of these foods quite regularly. If I can add Onions, Peas and Spinach to my diet, I’ll reach the plateau of consuming 75% of these Healthiest Foods. I have some work to do…what about you???
